Carthage was amazing. There is a one Euro charge to take pictures, but you can take all the pictures you want in Carthage after you pay.

This very hot, dusty, dirty location was a bit threatening. Skip the "souks" or markets, as the salesmen badger and follow you throughout the rest of the shops, pressuring you to buy a rug.

We really enjoyed the excursion to Carthage. Our tour guide spoke very good English and was extremely knowledgeable about all the historical points in Carthage. We did have time to explore following the tour before boarding the bus back to Tunis.
