A lot of driving to get to a spice plantation. This enabled us to see the Old Goa, capital and the countryside.

Interesting. The spice farm visit was a nice break from the pollution of the rest of our India ports. The meal was fun.

More churches and that’s it. Waste of a stop and time could have been better spent in anywhere other than this place. Get me out of here ASAP as the place is dirty and has nothing to offer.

The taxi driver supervisors at Goa port are not focussed on YOUR travel plans. Be careful to have a conversation with your actual driver rather than the supervisor who gives instructions to the driver in their local language. If you want to donate to something positive, we found an orphanage off the main road before Goa beach named ‘Valentina’s Little Heaven’ run by a Catholic nun. We are not Catholics but the place was clean and they seemed to be genuinely caring toward the children.
