This place isn't ready for tourists. This stop was substituted for an Italian port after we paid for the cruise and was a waste of time and a low point of the cruise. Won't use Regent again due to this bait and seitch

If you like Roman ruins, this is a must since it was the site of Carthage. If not, then there is little to see. Lots of litter
