Cabo San Lucas, Mexico Port Reviews

Went on Hotel California shore excursion. Long bus ride across desert. Few free bathroom opportunities with insufficient sanitation. Many restrooms in Mexico charge $10-$20 to use them.

We didn't disembark as we had a scooter and didn't want to take it on the shuttle.

I liked Cabo and booked a private guide off ship (as we always do)

Worth the tender ride. Tours are good, but can also explore on your own.

We have been here several times. This trip the whales put on a great show as we came in to port! Beautiful! Cabo is not my favorite as I like tropical instead of desert. We went with first timers so we just walked around and of course went to Cabo Wabo. Did not book any excursions.

Although this was a tender port for us, the waterfront town is easily accessible on foot with nice shops & restaurants. We did the whale watching excursion with NCL and it was awesome.

Hired a "glass bottom" water taxi to tour the arch and drop us off at Medrono's beach then take us back a few hours later. It costed $15 pp but probably could have haggled down to $10. The water was the best I have ever seen there. Not like Aruba blue but pretty great for Mexico.

Too short of time there so be there 10-12 hours with time wasted getting onto tenders and very walkable to places but be ready for some heat I cancelled my excursion so I could see it, was totally worth it.

Would come back. Got a person local boat tour by accident. Fun!
