We didn’t get to do much here since all tours were sold out. Did a coffee farm tour that was ok. There’s some close by shopping & restaurants near ship. We would love to spend more time here later.

Took a tour with a local guy who would not shot up. We visited a small coffee plantation and a painted church..... and another volcanic beach.

Perfect little city, gorgeous port, and a great excursion on Captain Zodiacs Raft Adventure and Snorkel tour.

The Kona Tiki Hula Cruse is good if you drink a lot but I'd skip it if you don't. The band and dancers were rather average.

Had already booked second schore excursion with NCL for this port; the Atlantis submarine. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed this a lot. We loved Kona; very beautiful weather didn't hurt! Ate lunch a Bubba Gump's (I know, its a chain, but the mahi-mahi was fresh!) and looked out at the ship as we sat and relaxed.

Went to KONA Brewery. Tender boats from the cruise took A LONG time to get off the ship. At least an hour longer than planned time.

Liked this side of the island best. Great snorkel off the beach, quaint setting. Loved it. If I return to The big island I’d stay here.
