The whale watch was good and the town of Lahiana has a lot of history. Ioa Valley is a must see.

Haleakula Crater Sunrise was breathtaking but I wouldn't do it again. Ate at Mama's Fish House - expensive but worth every penny

Drove half the Road to Hana. It's a beautiful drive, but long. Had to turn back because of other plans. Don't know it was work the long hours in the car. Went to Old Lahaina Lua, it was great and worth the cost. Would have like to spend more time in Lahina.
