You posted two similar questions. But you don't indicate where Queen Victoria will be docked. If you're disembarking off Queen Victoria at Trieste then simply catch the buses leaving there. There's vans too. Just buy your tickets upon arrival at the port. I took one from Ljublijana to Venice before too.
