Berthed just by the bridge and a short walk into the old town, eventually found a couple of tourist shops and got some bits but again lots of cobbles to walk on. Did find a nice park to sit and ponder in.

Only morning of rain. Hoponhopoff bus. Windows fogged. Got off when the rain stopped and walked the city. Few cars. Beautiful city.

Definitely a highlight, if you like architecture, this is the place to see!

2 of our family of 4 went on excursion. The tour guide rushed through the tour. The other 2 stayed on ship due to food poisoning

Hate to be repetitive but this was another beautiful city rich in history, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, all going through similar challenges. Beautiful churches.

Terrible paid bus shuttle from NCL to town. No representatives after being dropped off in city. Driver spoke no English and couldn’t provide directions, maps, answer if pick up was in same location or how frequently shuttle ran. Interesting city however. NCL should have helped provide appropriate orientation and transportation.
