We did a port excursion visiting the botanical gardens and hot springs. No of the available excursions offered the ability to swim in hot springs. A lot of the plants were from Australia so the gardens section was somewhat boring for me. The hot-springs a steam vents were very interesting. If I were to do it again, I would look for a tour, potentially a non-Disney tour, that did hot springs including swimming.

What a wonderful and pleasant surprise. I was concerned when I learned we would not be stopping in St. Thomas, but in retrospect I'm happy we had to make the change.

My second trip to Ponta Delgada. Really like the day trips to see the lush, tropical environment, architecture, and bubbling, hot pools in the earth.
