Be sure where your ship is docking. We were told by many crew members that the main part of town is right off the dock and it can be walked easily. Much to our dismay, we learned that our ship docked in a port much further away. (2 hr walk). We did enjoy the coastal views and a visit to Castillo de San Marco (which also served as a fort during WWI. Lots of artifacts and information in the various rooms from both eras and it's all free. Suggestion an excursion (taxi or bus) if you want to go to the main part of town.

What a gem of a port. Walk along the harbour to town. Its about 1 hour pleasant walk along harbour to get to the cathedral.

Refueled liquid natural gas at this port so we were very far from town. Princess charged for a bus to the center city but you. Can get a city bus for 2 Euros once outside the terminal. There were signs for a city bus port side but only Princess paid buses were allowed in.

Mallorca, Spain. Mallorca, an island off the coast of Spain, was nice and there was a bus we took a few miles away into town where we took photos and walked up and down a street buying souvenirs. The fort that was adjacent to the port was beautiful – and still had canons aiming out to the sea.

Big island. We just went into town by bus and had lunch. Confused about where to catch bus to get back. Ended up taking taxi.
