From the airport to the cruise terminal it‘s about a 20-30 min drive (~15 km) and the shuttle busses cost ~ 20-25$ per person on Royal Carribean (at least in September 2022). The average taxi price is ~ 40$, so it might be cheaper to take a taxi, if you travel with more than 2 persons. The cruise port in Barcelona is in the industrial area and about 20-25 minutes away from Barcelona center. If you like to see something from Barcelona, you might take the tour through the city before you get to the cruise Terminal.

10.00 euro round trip. You pay in cash when boarding the shuttle. Less than the shuttle to go from the port in St. Thomas to downtown. Why they are complaining is beyond me.
