We went to Sorrento what beautiful views the shops are pricey! The gelato is so yummy, have limencello flavor! Then to Pompeii it is amazing as well Very hot in mid June!

From the ship directly walked to the high speed ferries to Capri. In Capri we rented a drive your own boat for 90 Euro for 2 hours. Went around Capri, had a great time! Capri Boat rentals... Fun place!

More see and do in the town of Naples than expected. Of course there is the access to Pompei, Herculaneum, Capri and the Almalfi coast for those that want a peak.

Our excursion was a tour of Pompeii and a drive along the Amalfi Coast. First of all, our tour guide has been doing Pompeii tours for 20+ years, his insight and "bonuses" were amazing. We drove along the coast, then toured by sea once we reached Amalfi. Both land and sea of the Amalfi Coast left me speechless. Crystal clear waters and beautiful countryside were at every turn. OMG! The lemons were amazing. I've never seen anything quite like them. Which I'm guessing that is why the Limoncello tasted so wonderful.

Loved how convenient the cruise line excursion is. Front door pick up. Naples is so beautiful and green, lots of vegetation. We took the bus tour to the Almalfi Coast and to Pompeii, wonderful excursion, Kudos' to the bus driver. Wouldn't drive it myself. I don't think there is a better way to appreciate the roads and the beauty along the coast to Salerno than by bus. Loved the restaurant we stopped at also. Gorgeous!
