Loved this port. Took Hop on Hop off bus. Went to Malaga fort/ castle so cool great views of city. Tried to make it to Botanical gardens as well on another line but pick up returns were not going in afternoon. So we had a nice scenic ride is all. Later we heard of a group of people having to take a taxi back because they were not aware of the HOHO schedule for Gardens. We took the HOHO to Cathedral area beautiful.

One of our favs, hop off hop on bus recommended, we stayed on from the port terminal, hour and a half, then got off where we fancied. Beach five mins from port, 2 sun beds and umbrella was 14euros.

Really nice place. Go up to the fort atop the city. Go to Picaso museum. tip : the double decker bus line will die down later in the day.... it's well worth it.

We booked an independent tour which we enjoyed very much. Malaga was the nicest port we visited.
