Alesund, Norway Port Reviews

We took a Hop On Hop Off bus - located just off the ship - around the sites. We walked down from the viewpoint. NOT for someone with mobility issues!

We took a private excursion by bus(this one was air conditioned😇). We went up to the observatory overlooking Alesund, then to a viking village and finally to the Lighthouse. Beautiful scenery.

We took the fjord tour and it was by far one of our favorites of the eleven days. The weather cooperated and we had a picture-perfect day sailing across the glass-like water enjoying spectacular views of the mountains and charming villages.

Saw everything this port had to offer in 4.5hr Ultimate Sightseeing Tour by bus.

Don't queue for the land train up to the viewpoint, get a taxi. an interesting town for the architecture.

Village and viking ships were nice display, guide was very pleasant, and fellow passangers in my party did the Sugarlump mountain and the view was breath taking.

We also like this port. Excursion was great... Just overpriced.
