We had a lot of fun walking around this town. It's very close to the port and there is plenty to see without getting on a bus packed with people.

Troll Path excursion was very wet and disappointing because it rained all day. Original booked hiking excursion was cancelled.

We took the hop-on/hop-off bus from the port and visited the Aksla Viewpoint, the Sunnmøre Museum, and the town center. Most of the town is easily walkable from the port, though.

Alesund is really nice, go up the stairs to enjoy city views
