Went into Paris.... spent a lovely afternoon... enjoyed some bread & cheeses at a perfect little spot on side street... avoided the thieves waiting at the bus drop... thought the guide could have warned us as a young lady had 200 euros stolen and they were all around like flies... all in all, it was a wonderful day !

It's France so of course it's amazing. Make sure to have an excursion though. The area right around the port is a bit more industrial.

We did a trip here to Normandy, the beaches and war graves. I highly recommend this excursion as it was fantastic. Very emotional and moving. It's a must see.

Le Havre was a beautiful city to see. We got a taxi from the port into town and had a walk around. Some beautiful areas and buildings. The concrete structures everywhere are totally different from the normal buildings you see everywhere. An interesting but quiet city, well it was when we were there!

There is Nothing within walking distance of port. We took the bus trip to Paris.. MAJOR disappointment, 3 hours each way to get to paris and traffic was bad so we only got 50 minutes at the Eiffel tower!! bus should have left way earlier for this trip!

Lots of History and Art. Watch out for the pickpockets. Yes we did an excursion to Paris.

We ventured out on our own in Le Havre. We had a good time. The only downside was we visited on a holiday so all of the stores were closed so our shopping experience was limited.
