Did a private tour for 6 hours. Set-up after we got off the ship. RC provided transportation into the city. Of course, we to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa

Too far away from ship dock. Took 2 hours 15 minutes each way on a bus which wasn't sceanic as it was on a highway. We took historical tour as had skip the line tickets for David which was $199. Once there, we were dropped off and make to walk the entire tour. We had an average lunch and had to wait about 35 minutes to get into the museam. When we found the tour did not include Ponte Veccheo (sp), we left and took a taxi to the bus meeting place. Waste of money! My biggest complaint though was when the tour director walked us up 3 floors to find it was a jewelry store that she had struck a deal with The prices were ridiculous and most just sat and waited for the 15 minutes to be up. Too much of this on tours. (see below)
