Another rainy/misty day but beautiful sights. Took the Loch Ness tour...fabulous old castle ruins to explore. Nice stop.

Loved Inverness, the city was so easy to get around… FYI Leaky’s Bookstore is closed on Sunday. Sad I missed it.

It was a short walk from the ship to get a local bus. We did an excursion on our own.

Had to take a bus to get to town. Not enough transportation available. We were packed on the bus. 30 minute ride. Standing room only for 30 minutes. I had to sit on the luggage rack.

Quaint, with a huge Scottish gift shop with very reasonable Scottish items. A small tea room with good soup. Two grocery stores for Scottish groceries. A post office. A pharmacy.

Took a Best of the Highlands tour & had our own driver. We visited a distillery, boat on Loch Ness & visited the castle. Could have spent more time.
