This was the only port we had to tender. It started to rain & hail while we waited for over an hour to board the tenders to get back on the ship.

one of the staff told to go to the Manhattan room, and it turns out it was not the right place to be. we did not go to that excursion we had purchased. that was our first time there, and we did not go visit. we were looking forward to Monaco, ,no NCL staffs for guidance, no one to give instruction. we do not know if we will get that money back.
