Took the ferry to Tau, then taxi to Pulpit Rock car park and hiked up and back. 1.5 hours up, 45 minutes down. Tiring, but the view..... You have to keep to time, but it is definitely a doable trip. Very steep.

We docked right next to the quaint part of town and our balcony was overlooking it!! My husband said it looked like it should be made into a picture in a jigsaw puzzle.

Beautiful. We took the Lysefjord Cruise excursion and it was great. the scenery and information was perfect. We walked past 2 new tour boats and were led to an old (1950) green and white boat (MS Sandnes). Thinking we got the short end of the stick, we settled in and by the end of the cruise we were so glad we were on the Sandnes and not one of the new boats. It had so much charm and character and the staff was great. I'd highly recommend it.

Had a nice fjord cruise excursion & wasn’t left with enough time to do anything else.

Beautiful. Very good for just watching people. Boats coming in and out. Perfect for walking around and popping in and out of shops.
