You need to wake up early to view 4 hours of cruising the fjord before arriving, what a great morning of video and picture taking as we sailed into port. When arriving, you can meander through town, bike to other places, hike up the hills, cross over bridges viewing rivers, just beautiful!

We found a tour on land offered by a local farmer. He took us to his farm where he has llama and a unique brand of sheep. We were given a llama to walk along the river. We expected the walk to be very short but, in fact, we had a good amount of time with these gentle animals. Their cute faces had a halter and a long leash to walk them with. The llamas were about 5 to 5 1/2 feet tall and very sweet. The sheep had the curved horns of a Rocky Mountain sheep and looked similar except for more wooly coat and much smaller. Then we went on a hike to view the lake. It was a nice hike but there was supposed to be a walk continuing to see the waterfalls but we couldn't find it. If you want to see the waterfall up close you would need to go along the road about 3 1/2 kilometers but we didn't get a chance to do that.
