You should do what you’re comfortable with. We used an outside vendor and had a fabulous time. No worries about arriving back on time (we had plenty) and saved quite a bit of money.

I used outside vendors. I have to say that we stayed overnight and I booked my trips on the first day. Just to avoid the risk of not being back on time.
