The Lutheran chuches are beautiful, and the Vasa Museum is worth going to.

We were not told that the dock is one hour train ride to Stockholm so we ended up only seeing the little town of Nynashamn. It was cute and quaint and we did enjoy it but missed Stockholm.

Surprisingly great city to wander around. Again, decided to forego the excursion and did it on our own. Very easy to get to old quarter of town and explore. Lots of thighs to see but a little too touristy.

We stayed around Nynashamn and did the Viking tour, which included a lot of countryside. Very educational and pretty. We also stopped at a little Medeval Church.

Time too short there. Cruise line should have limited the amount of Hop Off Hop On tickets sold. It was a zoo to get back to the ship due the mass confusion and 45 minute ride back to the ship.
