This port was an easy to navigate port. I pre booked the hop on hop off city sightseeing bus tour $27 ( 2 day pass, boat sightseeing cruise and airport stop) which included a pick up from the cruise port to a stop at the hotel where i dropped off my luggage then hopped back on for sightseeing. Well worth it.

Book the one day excursion to the castles. One of the castles is only an outside visit, which was a little disappointing. The tour guide was knowledgeable. Lunch is provided and is pickled herring, which was good. The last castle is rushed but worth it. Time is a major factor for this stop.

This was a very nice city. Hundreds of people walking all over in town and you had to zigzag around some of them just to be able to get to where you wanted to go. I had to walk quite a ways to be able to get to the mermaid on the coast but I feel it was worth it.
