Beautiful city. Could have just transferred to Plakka though and walked up Acropolis. Tour was meh.

The only shore excursions we booked with NCL to avoid traffic in Athens + queues at the Acropole. We had the "Acropolis and leisure" Guide Artemis was really nice and helpful.

several delays with getting off boat, no explanation over an hour wait to disembark at a walk off port - Athens is a very dirty city; garbage all over

Acropolis was magnificent as we arrived when it opened but the antiquities museum was too long. The guide was excellent but we wished we had seen more of Athens. Lunch near the Acropolis was very nice

It was so hot but didn't disappoint!

We did the Ultimate Athens tour after our hop on, hop off was canceled. It was nice not to have to wait in line at the Acropolis. More time there would have been good. The lunch was okay. This tour was decent, but very pricey. Not sure the value was really there.
