Greta place to tour. Only had time to visit the Acropolis and museum next to it. Be prepared for the long walk UP to the Acropolis. Only issue here was that we received a letter from Norwegian that COVID testes were not required, but we were required to take one once we got back on the ship per requirements of Piraeus which did not make sense. I would assume we would of been required to take on prior to getting off in Piraeus, not after we got back on ship.

Jumped on the Hop-on-Hop-off to get us into downtown Athens and explored. It was a nice day. Had a great lunch, did some shopping and walked around a lot. We'd already done the Acropolis on another cruise, so saw no need to tour it again.

Only complaint was that there was a national holiday that limited our ability to see the sites the were planned. Greece is unfortunately has a lot of graffiti and trash.

Great place. I wished we had more time there.

We did all the usual historical sites (Acropolis and museums).

So stunning, I wish we could have had more time here. DO climb the Acropolis. It is easy and oh so worth it. We had our best meal in Athens.

Piraeus is not really Athens. We took the excursion to Delphi. The drive was long, but scenic. The provided meal was wonderful. Our guide was informative. She did keep telling us to come in and get closer. This was a bit awkward since we were still trying to keep social distancing.

A very busy port. Easy to get through both getting of ship and boarding. If you don't want to wait long hours in the queue at the acropolis. I definitely recommend you to take a skip-the-line tour. Even if you think that the hop on and hop off buses tours are more beneficial due to their price, they will definitely not give you a special tour interest and information. We have booked private tour for my family. https://www.athens-walks.com/

We did included tour because we are doing Greek Odyssey in a few months and will be back. Great overview. Did not get to Everonnes as we thought.
