We took a taxi and it took about 30 minutes and 33€ but it was a Sunday morning and traffic wasn’t at its worse. Our hotel was in the very middle of Athens.

This is an easy one. Taxi! Its dirt cheap. We got off the ship and we're at our hotel (360 degrees hotel) in about 30 to 35 minutes.

Buses and Ubers will take you directly there. Not far.

We are considering taking the train actually to save ourselves money. However ours would be in the reverse order (Piraeus to our hotel in Athens)

we used PK Travels and they were great. If you are looking to use public transit, I believe there was a bus that went directly there.

Cruiselines take advantage of people who don't venture outside their comfort zone. Taxi it is.
