Pisa and a visit to a winery for tasting and lunch was a huge success and highlight.

Getting off was okay but getting a taxe was a whole mother situation

Booked small group excursion, paid extra, ended up on bus with 44 people. Could not hear what guide was saying, safety issues during tour including injured passenger. Demanded refund from excursions desk, got partial refund. Had problems with other excursions as well. We booked two excursions through AA cruises and they went smoothly

We went with an excursion with NCL called Florence on your own basically it was a bus tour to Florence and then five hours of free time right where they dropped us off in the main circle. We found a golf cart tour company and the driver took us around Florence and showed us all the highlights!! This was great choice for us!!

My 80 year old mother got food poisoning on her last cruise and after lying on the floor for hours managed to call 911and was administered IV's after being rushed to infirmary. She wrote letters and try calling them after cruise and too date has heard nothing back from them at all....ever.

Shuttle buses to town. Easy to get around town.

We walked around Livorno and it was nice.

Nice port. Did excursion on my own.

Tour of Florence and Pisa. A very long and historic tour ( lot of history). Not recommended for those not that interested in history. Florence is beautiful as is Pisa

Loved this port. Pisa was great and we got there early enough that there was not a ton of people to see the Leaning Tower. Florence is also beautiful but it is a longer drive from the 2 than anticipated.
