Loved this city. We were lucky in that we were there when not crowded. Walking along the walls overlooking the sea was amazing. Had a nice time stopping at a local spot for some local wines and food. Also had a very strong GoT theme going so if you are fans of the show you will love it.

Did ship excursion - enjoyed boat trip and guided walk. Cable car was a bit disappointing - I was stuck in the middle of the car so no view and viewing point at top was crowded.

Way to crowded could not enjoy the city. Baught tickets for cable car and line wait time was over two hours going up and two hours back did not have time wasted money.

We did the Tuk Tuk tour from P&O Aurora 4of is + Wheelchair It was brilliant we were picked up from the ship had a 2 hour sightseeing tour of the bridge up to the top of the cable car station then dropped off in the old town where we explored. Returning to Aurora via courtesy bus. I highly recommend this tour

We didn’t book an excursion. Caught a cab outside of the ship for 13€. Walked the old city and had some gelato. One of the best sunsets I’ve ever caught.

Private tour of the walls and the Stradun were excellent (ToursbyLocals - Marijana Sdgota was awesome!); fantastic town...the walls are not to be missed. Beautiful place besides the infatuation of Game of Thrones hysteria. Only negative was the cable car to Mt. Srd was not operational; we did take a taxi to Saint Jacob's beach...unbelievable clear waters, lounges/umbrellas for rent, restaurant there as well as changing rooms. Careful to take water shoes...pebbly small rock beach. My teenagers rented a jet ski and had a great time in the cool clear ocean. People were the kindest! All speak English. Great meals/gelato. Heaven. We returned during the evening for a private Azamara excursion featuring a local well known celloist who performed under the town lights and church backdrop...pretty cool.
