It was raining. The excursion should have been canceled. We drove on some very dangerous roads which could have been a disaster but our driver was excellent. I feel as if they did not cancel because it would have been a refund to us and Norwegian would have lost money. It was all about the money for them

Good time walking around in the port. A jovial time indeed.

Nice flea market village by port.

This port was quite surprising and not what I expected in a good way. We just walked around outside the port. Felt safe doing so. They invested in the port itself. You can get off the ship and not even leave the port area. Many restaurant and shops as well pools.

Yes, I took a bus/walking/beach excursion. It was good, but I did not know we had to pay for a beach sit and umbrella. I didn't like that part.

Tour guide Winston was great. Very informative and proud of his country and its history

We did the Damajaguas Waterfalls and Buggies excursion. It is definitely physically challenging, involving a 40-minute hike up a mountain and riding natural waterslides down and jumping from 20+ feet platforms into the river, but it was totally worth it! An amazing once in a lifetime experience!
