I’m interested in the waterfall hike because I don’t want to jump off cliffs or slide down rocks. It doesn’t say you have to do either but has anyone done this? I want to make sure before I book.. thank you for any info!

We did this last February and it's amazing.   You don't have to jump off the cliffs (there are stairs to walk down)

While you definitely don’t have to jump if you don’t want to and there are ladders to go down, the time of year we went (December) in at least two spots you HAVE to go down the slides. There’s no other way around It.. it was fun though?!
