I absolutely loved this port. The nature trails were enjoyable. We rented the snorkel gear for our 12 year old. He saw many fish as well as stingrays (or mantarays I dont know the difference). He also found anenamea and erchin. Look along the corals at the beginning of the beach (appears to be a childs area) Be sure to check out the island BBQ (free) We did the stingray excertion. Only $25 and very enjoyable. Its January so the water was cold, but the staff was excellent. Very attenative. the kids fed the stingrays, held starfish and sea cucumbers. Well worth the money even though us adults were too cold to stay in very long. Bring a camera!!!

Hands down our favorite port. The lunch was delicious and the water inviting. We brought snorkel masks and saw a sea turtle, sting rays, flounder, and other fish - no excursion needed. The day was simply perfect. Wish we'd have had more time in this port.

I have been to the island twice. This was my favorite beach until we went to Grand Turk. Great day just for a beach day. I enjoyed the free lunch on the island. Rent a clamshell (get there early, they go fast!) for about $15-20 for some shade! There are a few bars on the island, but I didnt feel like the drinks were worth it. Loved the beach party as well. The first time I went to the island, the water was warm and crystal clear. The second time, it was a little bit cooler and there was seaweed (still very clear water though!)

The beauty of this place is amazing. I felt as if I was swimming in a saltwater aquarium. Water was warm and barely a wave is felt when you are away from the beach. The BBQ was nice (although the drink station needs some improvement). Take time to climb the pirate ship. You can get some great views!

Very disappointing for me....Beyond the horrible weather we experienced (heavy rain and wind) the island is pretty much for those that want to go to the beach. While the view of the island is beautiful it just didn't meet the expectations that had been set. Not many shops for souvenirs which is sad. I'm not anxious to return to this port.

Some of our group did a Swim with Sting Rays excursion which they thoroughly enjoyed. I stayed at the resort areas on the island and went to the picnic lunch provided. It was a beautiful area and the waiters were attentive to everybody enjoying that part of the island. The food at lunch was very good and enjoyable. I will note that the tender boats were very crowded and hot. It took a while to load and unload, if I have to do this again i might shorten my trip to the island so i'm on the boat at less popular times.
