Grand Turk Island Port Q&A

There is decent snorkeling right at either free beach within the cruise port area. BUT the more spectacular snorkeling is about 1 mile off-shore at The Wall. Best to take a group tour boat or hire a charter to get there.

There is a great beach at the port. The snorkeling is a bit better to the right of the pier. The beach is a bit nicer to the left, although it is more crowded. If you continue walking on the beach to the left beyond the port, there are some nice bars and more beach areas.The pool at Margaritaville at the port is nice and free to use.

There is a beautiful beach near the port. We snorkeled there and it was fun but didn’t see many fish. Maybe on the other side of the island where the water gets deep. Anyone else know?

Beach is as soon as you step off of the pier. My husband went snorkeling right off the beach
