Yes according to travel guidelines, you do have to be fully vaccinated to disembark at Grand Turk. That has been extended to March 31, 2023. Wish I knew before I booked my cruise. But it’s in December, so who knows what it will be by then.

We went to grand turk in Dec on Carnival and you had to be vaccinated to get off the ship then. It is still the same now according to carnivals website

just showed our room key

Those who do not attest to being vaccinated are not permitted to leave the ship in Grand Turk. Passengers were stopped when their Sign and Sail cards were scanned as they tried to go ashore when we were there in December.

In January they asked us at check in if we were or not, but didn’t ask for proof. We were not asked for any proof getting off or on at Grand Turk. This was my experience, yours could be different.

I would think that uf Grand Turk is 9ne of your ports. the cruiseline will verify your vacination status before the cruise departs.

No we did not

We were on the Magic in November. Those unvaccinated were not allowed off the ship. That info is linked to your Sign and Sail card. When you scanned to get off, you were stopped if you were unvaccinated. The lady in front of us tried. She was quickly turned around by security

mimi, that's when I was there on the magic. some of the customs/ security staff at grand turk started asking passengers for their cars while in the duty free shop

At Grand Turk now . Did not need to show proof. When you check in at the port before you board the ship they ask you. It’s on the honor system .
