Frederiksted, St. Croix, U.S.V.I. Port Reviews

My excursion was cancelled due to problems at the beach but the staff easily got me something else to do.

Not much to do at this port. I did however manage to find a shop that made a fantastic cup of coffee.

I am always so impressed with the water here. CRYSTAL clear. The beaches are rocky, but this is actually good for seeing fish. So if your feet are sensitive wear water shoes. But we just kind of swam over the rocks and then with goggles were able to see all kinds of fish. We walked from the ship to paradise beach - literally right next to pier. Most likely due to its location, chairs and an umbrella are a little pricier ($40), but no vendors continually walking by trying to sell stuff.

We didn’t book an excursion and wish we had. Town itself was disappointing.

We visited a boutique hotel with rocky beach but beautiful pool, hot tub, bar, and band.

We did not do an excursion and just walked around the town. There isn't much to do at the port but there is a beach within walking distance.

Disappointing ( and dirty ) port shopping area

We hadn't been here before and did not pick and excursion. Just walk around the pier and shopped. Very beautiful, would go there again,

We did not do an excursion in St.Croix, but we did walk around and checked out the area. Cute stores and tents. They had war memorials at their port area that were beautiful.

we did the snorkel with turtle right next to the pier. Wasn't worth the money. You actually can do it for free. Oversold and under delivered.
