The area by the dock was old and a lot of empty buildings. We walked around and enjoyed a local beer but went to back to ship after an hour.

Spent some time on Rainbow Beach, $5 pp each way in shuttle taxi. Chairs & umbrella $40! Very busy, wouldn’t return. Shops around port were on the pricey side. Found their local rum Cruzan cheaper elsewhere.

Walk off the ship and enjoy the port. Shopping, walking about taking in the culture, and having a meal and drink at Los Angeles Cafe Bar & Restaurant.

There's a beach park in walking distance to the ship $40 for 2 chairs and 1 umbrella for day. You can rent water gear there and there was a place that served drinks and food. Cards and cash accepted
