HOLY COW!! Just the best!! So many chairs and umbrellas - no need to worry about getting one. Disney went above and beyond here. The BBQ food was to die for and again, just the friendliest people!!

If you are going to snorkel, pre-rent the equipment online through the cruise port adventures so you can get in the prepaid line once on Castaway Cay. It is much quicker.

I have been twice now. Great beach day with lots of food, ice cream, and drinks. Disney cruises are more expensive but not when you add up al the expenses that occur on destinations. Plenty of places to sit in shade, several water activities slides, jungle gyms, and etc are on the island. You don’t have to spend a dime if you don’t want to. Shopping is small and limited. The shops will hold your items and bring them to the shop and you can pick up at a later time in one of the shops on the ship. We loved the island soo much last time. We booked again and was not disappointed.

Castawy Cay is a beautiful Island and we so enjoyed. Swimming, snorkeling and slide activities!! A wonderful BBQ lunch provided off the ship on the Island. BBQ was wonderful!! Nice shops to buy memories from!! Floating devices to rent. Very nice indeed!!

- head ashore early and explore the island while the rest of your shipmates are enjoying breakfast onboard - rent a bicycle for an hour or two to explore the caribbean on two wheels

The island is beautiful and fun for kids. The water in early February felt like ice water, so that put a bit of a damper on the day. We didn't get to see the adults-only part of the island, because our son didn't want to go to the island kid's club, so we were only on the family beach.

This port was quite nice. The January weather was perfect in the 70s. We were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather and beautiful island. We were blessed with a perfect beach day and lots of food. Life really is a beach.

Perfect getaway - a world unto itself (Disney style). Beautiful beach, nice walking and easy on and off of the ship. No real sightseeing, but check out the old runway, just a fun and relaxing day on the sand.
