Been to the Bahamas twice now, swimming with the dolphins is our favorite thing to do . The water is so clean and clear and the time spent in the water with the dolphins is great. Will definitely be doing this again, hopefully soon.

This port had only been taking Cruise ships for 4 weeks by the time we were there. Since we were visiting the port on the second of the B2B, we just explored. We took the free tram, which was great. It stops at 4 locations, the Casino and 3 beaches, then loops back to the pier. It was maybe 20 minutes for the loop though the accommodate what is needed, so not on a strict schedule. There are multiple trams so not really much of a wait. After that, we took a taxi to "downtown". $5 each. There isn't really a downtown, just 4 shops selling souvenirs. I guess if you want items that say "Bimini" this is the only place to get them. This is a good stop for Radio beach. The water looked super clear. There are chairs for rent along with a beach bar and assorted deep fried food. On the taxi ride back, the driver Anita Harris took us on a brief history - sight seeing tour of the island. She did not ask for any additional money, but I did tip her. She works for Harmonia which is a taxi and vehicle rental company on the island. She wanted me to pass her contact number, and hope it is appropriate 1-242-802-8110. The island is new to the large cruise ships so I suspect it will develop more. On our second trip to the island the following week, we just took the tram to the last stop, which was the public beach. I would say it was clearer than HMC and just as calm. Needless to say, it was nice. The chairs are for rent, but too expensive in my opinion. Food options are limited, but there are some water toys to rent, if interested. Something that I would recommend as an option, you can rent a golf cart for the day, which will cost you $60. This might be a good option and something I would consider in the future. Remember to drive on the left side of the road!

We booked the Reef Shark Snorkel through Carnival. The beaches and ocean here are so pristine! Bimini Blue Adventures was the tour group. Highly recommended!!

Bimini is my new favorite port in The Bahamas. It’s a newer port, and has a more laid back feel compared to other ports. There was no haggling or hustle and bustle. It is a very small island. The beaches were beautiful. I did purchase an excursion to Resorts World which granted me access to the hotels pool and beach area. The beach area was amazing! The pool was in walking distance to the ocean. I bounced between the two. Clean restrooms and changing areas.

Rented a golf cart from Renee&Sluggo, cruised the island. Stopped at several stunning beaches and got some amazing bread as a snack from Nate’s.

I loved Bimini. Spent part of the day at Paradise beach. Then took a taxi($5) to Radio Beach and had an amazing fried 🦞 lobster tail. Did a little shopping at the straw market. Caught a ride back on a golf cart with some so girls I met on the cruise to Paradise Beach. The water is absolutely Beautiful and the locals are so friendly.

We were supposed to go to the Nassau but got detoured to Bimini. It was hands down better than Nassau as far as R&R goes. The beach was crystal clear and not trashy. It was the best beach I've ever been to so far.

Bimini was very quiet and relaxing. No one accosted us there and the locals were all very welcoming. We hung out in the Rum Bar and it was so chill no one came to take our drink order. We walked u to the bar and got our own drinks and chilled in their outdoor seating area. Loved the tram back and forth to the ship. Excellent for our guests with limited mobility.

We rode the free tram around the island and on the last stop at the end of the ship pier, we went to the free public beach. It was awesome. Green-bluish postcard water and swimming with many fish all around. Best time on the whole cruise.
