Not a lot to see or do.

The public beach is a short walk from the ship and there is a free shuttle for various stops related to Royal Caribbean. Sadly, the public beach was dirty from trash and you will need to hire private transportation to really see Bimini.

We explored the island, shopped and ate.

After reading not so encouraging reviews of Bimini we were more than pleasantly surprised. Beautiful, tranquil stop. Turquoise water, soft sandy beach. We got off and walked the pier to the beach and Fisherman's Wharf. Stopped several times on the pier to view the marine life and saw sharks. Did hear from crew the ship would no longer be stopping there, but going to Perfect Day at Coco Caye.

The port was beautiful. We did not do an excursion. But we rented a golf cart to go to the marketplace and the radio beach.

First time here. The island is very 'poor' however the beaches were unbelievably good. Bluest water ever.
