We didn't buy an excursion, so we missed out on a few trips we heard from others that were good. We just hung out at the free pool. It was clean and relaxing--no high sales pressure like at the other ports. The cruise pool at Amber Cove was a nice place to take in some rays, but if you're wanting to do more than chill in the sun, look into an excursion.

This was our best day off the ship. The kids loved the lazy river and the drinks were not crazy expensive. Wish we would have known more about the cabanas on the water for rental. We had 9 of us including 3 kids and we would have taken advantage of that.

No excursion, but beautiful location! Pool wasn’t too overly crowded and my kids loved the water slide! Oldest daughter loved the zip line available as well.

try a private beach with food and drinks. plenty of umbrellas and fun stuff to do. did all inclusive for first time. I am going back here for sure. just stunning and beautiful.

If you want to do an excersion in the DR it is well worth your money to go swimming with the dolphins at ocean world!

Very nice. The people were very friendly. We went to Ocean World. It was a great experience. My children are 4 and 10. We loved the dolphin experience. Our tour guides were great.
