Beautiful landscape. Shops and pool are the only things right at port. Must take taxi or book excursion for anything else. No beach 😞

What an amazing and totally worth it excursion we had at Amber Cove, Give Back With Purpose. You will not be disappointed. A huge plus was the price!!! A delicious lunch was included, too. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get a locals experience. Bring donations of paper, pencils, girls clothes or whatever you can donate to these beautiful orphaned young girls. It felt so great to be able to help even if it was a small contribution.

We enjoyed walking around the shops. We wish we knew about the pool area. We would have brought our bathing suits and spent some time there. We think it would be nice if there was information shared about what you can do on your own at each port.

Nice relaxing day at the pool. Drinks were reasonable and the waitstaff were very attentive. The weather was off and on rain so we didn't do much more than hang at the pool.

Rented a taxi for the day so we could visit the beach . Overall a great adventure t

Thinking about doing the monkey excursion in Amber Cove. Has anyone done it before? Thoughts? I only saw it listed through carnival, not on the excursions listed here.

One of the locals stole my sons backpack! Thanks God we didn't have any citizenship information in there I won't be back if I can help it. Sad day when you can't enjoy vacation without fear of thieves.

Amber cove was ok, smaller port not much to do once you make the circle but we did take a taxi into the city as explored the local culture
