I agree with NYThunder is it great, no...I did have fun but I wouldn't do it again. I'd say try it at least once for the experience.

Yes, I have done it 3 times. Last time my knee was real bad, so we did the long tube and we also loved that, just enjoy yourself. ronaldlcook@msn.com /

Sure is! We have done 6 times! people in line help you up. some sections are tough and slippery. yes you can get hurt if you slip off the rocks, but you have to try it so you can say " I Did That!"

It's one of this excursions that you should do at least once. Is it great? No...but it is fun, that water is COLD and we had a good time.

We really liked it! That being said we prob would have preferred to go up at our own pace. You have to hold hands in a line and sometimes you wait on people. But, overall it’s a good time. Don’t buy the extra video junk they sell you at then end. Total waste of money!!

We really enjoyed it. It was my favorite excursion of the whole trip. We had an excellent guide who helped us get safely up the falls. It might not be for someone who is out of shape because you are climbing and the pace is rapid. Also not for someone who doesn’t want to be wet, we fell back into the water, went back into the falls for pictures and used rocks to slide into pools. There are vendors at end of excursion, just keep walking through, politely saying no thank you if you are not interested.

NO!, Two ways to climb the falls. Up the falls themselves, preferably holding hands as you climb the boulders being careful not to slip and possibly get seriously injured. Or walk up a path next to the falls. Street venders both at the bottom and top of the falls will annoy you to no end. Much better alternatives: horseback riding on the beach and into the water. All-inclusive resort day pass. And more.
