I have done the canopy zip line excursion and it was awesome. That was about 12 years ago. It was booked at shore excursion desk on the ship at that time.

I've been at YS Falls. Truly amazing but I'm not sure you can get there on a port day. We went when we stayed at a resort.

Yes, Mystic Mountain, several ziplines through the rainforest, it's fantastic and very close to the cruise terminal
