Montego Bay, Jamaica Port Reviews

Montgomery Bay was beautiful. We did not book an excursion for the trip but when we got into port we were able to purchase the Hop On Bus option which has several stops along that allows you to see the island. We did some shopping at the first stop and later got back on the bus and enjoyed some time at the beach. The beach was so beautiful and relaxing. Definitely get a rum punch while you are in Jamaica also the rum cream and rum was on the the best purchases that we made.

make sure to have an excursion for ocho Rios otherwise it's a waste of time in Montego Bay. Otherwise the only thing we enjoyed there was our time at Margaritaville. Had a slide and actives in the ocean. Great food and Drinks!

We did the good hope estate excursion in montego bay and loved it. People were very friendly and we had a very enjoyable day. The food was delicious, we had the jerk chicken and rice and peas(red beans). The trip was a little bumpy but nice. When we got back to port we shopped and never felt pressured . We will definitely look forward to going there again in the future.

This port really shocked us on how much we liked it! Beautiful scenery and very friendly people. We did the Bamboo River Rafting excursion through Carnival and it was fantastic.

Not the best place to get off. Very dirty and sketchy. Unless you want weed. Which is everywhere. The beach wasnt the cleanest unless you went to one that you had to pay to get in.

Very beautiful island. My only complaint is how pushy the citizens are to purchase their personal products such as CDs, weed, clothes, nick nacks and other junk they walk around with. The beaches are amazing except the venders who still walk around the beach areas selling more souvenirs.

This was my least favorite port that we went to. Drs Cave beach was amazing and felt very safe there. We took the hop on hop off bus and they only let you off in safe areas.

Did a resort for a day at Sunscape Splash Resort. It was beautiful and had so much to offer! So many pools and beach activities, but we just chose our chairs on the beach and didn’t move except to snorkel and eat lol. Wait staff was great & kept the drinks coming. Great relaxing day in Jamaica with beautiful views!!

Took the Top 10 tour with 3 stops. Shopping, jerk chicken, and Margaritaville. Had a wonderful time. Our driver and guide were fantastic. We didn't want it to end.

We love this port, we get the bracelets for 20$ and can shuttle from place to place all day, shop, beach, swim, scenery, margaritaville, so much fun.
