Went to Dunns fall and the people were fantastic but the river part was very congested and rushed. We didn't have time to explore on our own or even take pictures..way too many people being lead up at the same time..should limit sale of tickets so the excursion is better is my suggestion. There were to many ships in at same time which overloaded the falls.

Didn't care for Jamaica.. We stayed the day at margaritaville. What a great place that was. Then headed back to ship and enjoyed spa day since everyone was gone.

Locals are rude. There’s someone nagging you to buy something every 5 feet you walk. Some would get hostile for not taking a look in their stores. Did not feel comfortable.

Worst port we have ever been to. The staff at the port was extremely rude. No beaches anywhere near the port to walk to. Plus we were advised it was very unsafe to walk outside of the port. This would not be a huge problem except the stores at the port are tiny and there are only a few shops. We spent about an hour slowly wondering around then returned to the ship. If you go to this port, book a verified excursion or you will be bored in 30 minutes.

We plan to do the Hilton rose hall resort but we booked through Hilton and not resort for a day. Anyways what are yalls thoughts of the taxis? We are going with my husband and 8 year old daughter and I wouldn’t typically be worried if were just us but since we are traveling with her I’m a little worried. It’s a 40 min drive to the resort. Are there certain taxis to avoid??

Anyone take the bamboo raft down the river? Looking to book this excursion in Montego Bay, Jamaica. I know there are safety concerns in Jamaica right now.

Very dirty port with not much to do. Poverty is visible everywhere, poor houses, people selling drugs... We stayed at Hilton Rose Hall for the day which was very attractive, clean and much fun. There was a nice pool overlooking the beach, nice live music, a wonderful beach area and very relaxing. We however never tried local food there, nor experienced local Jamaican culture.- it was not offered. What they had through their restaurant was food you get at any hotel in any country. Local people however seem very friendly.
