Go into this with the mindset that this is no different than any other port, in that you will pay for food and drinks. With the “extra cost” off your brain, you will enjoy a relaxing day! There were tons of lounge chairs with umbrellas, the food was good and really not expensive when you compare to what we pay in the states. We had a server that was attentive and we spent lots of time in the water. We thought about renting a paddle board and it’s was about $30 for an hour, not a bad deal but we opted for another drink and a nap :)

extremely long pier but has trolleys. Being NCL's private island, vendors are not pushy. Pool is WONDERFUL, not too crowded, water is perfect in the pool.

Beautiful, clean port. Thoroughly enjoyed! Our snorkeling boat got beached and another boat came and got us, but it was no big deal. Kind of funny to watch the Laurel and Hardy show going on.

We had a great time in Belize! We took an excursion to Goff's Caye, which is a small private island that looks like paradise! It takes about 40 mins to tender there from the port, but it's a fun boat ride. The sand was soft and white, the water was clear blue, and the Belizean bbq was delicious! I love this port!

1st time at this port and love it. Will take a cruise to Belize just to spend the day here, could have spent 3 days here. Will try the superman zip line next time. Has everything. Enjoyed the swim up pool bar. Pool and Beach are amazing. Lots of shops as well.

We would recommend Harvest Caye, Belize as a relaxing beach and water excursion day. At Harvest Caye we began the day at beach to soak up the sun and enjoy the water as soon as we disembarked before it got too late to enjoy. Our first excursion was non-guided kayaking on the island’s lagoon to take in the scenery which was nice since we’ve never been kayaking. Our last excursion was on the electric float boats that also share the same lagoon as the kayaks and stand-up paddle board excursions. We did the electric float boat to just coast and relax as we went around the lagoon taking in the scenery again as well as looking at the wildlife that was around the lagoon. For lunch, visited the Landshark Bar & Grill, the food was great and had a lot of flavor. After lunch we visited the pool which was very spacious even for having a large amount of guest in and around it. We were able to find a perfect spot near the zero force entrance of the pool were we could rest up before going into the pool. The pool water was great and it even has a swim up bar with chairs and tables in the water which was cool. After enjoying the pool, we began to do a little shopping for gifts and souvenirs before heading back to the ship and our cabin to end our day in Belize. Tip: Most of the other excursions offered are off this NCL private island, either at sea or at the mainland of Belize.

We were the first ship to the new Private Island. Very nice space. Make sure to walk through the butter fly enclosure and look at the animal enclosures. Everything costs money on this island. We did buy some tasty honeys and jams from the small cart selling locally made delicacies. We walked around and then went back to the ship for a late lunch. Why dine and drink on the island for additional $ when you can do the same fully included on the ship with the meal and drink package we had.
