Harvest Caye, Belize: the island is beautiful but small, not much to do but loaf on the beach. If that is what you want to do then it is the perfect place. The biggest complaint is that the drink package does not apply to any bars on the island. We brought a water bag, filled it with ice and ordered some extra beers before leaving the ship since we had the drink package. Some of the bars have the aluminum beer bottles that you can reseal. They worked great to transport in our water bag onto the island. If you walk to the end of the island where the private villas are the beach wasn't as crowded. We returned to the ship for lunch and went back to beach in the afternoon. The island had cleared out. Late in the afternoon there were probably less than 10 people still on the island.

This is one of my favorite places to go. Hung out in Belize City and didn't rush for once. Weather was perfect and did alot of shopping. Can't wait to go back.

I'm not a fan of private islands, but, this being my second assured it would be my last. We went the end of May. Granted, a hurricane had just past the area, but, I'm pretty sure all the shells mixed with the very coarse sand was not a result. The water was too warm to be enjoyable. Zip lining looked to be the only real activity of interest. If you're looking to go have a nice beach day, there are several in the states or other islands. The beach on Harvest Cay blows in my opinion. However, to each his own.

Was not impressed, was your tipical tourist trap . Would have liked to have seen the real Belize and not a place that looks like Destin Florida. But I guess people who do not live near the ocean probably thought it was awesome. Was a very beautiful beach and had a lot to offer , just my opinion.

Huge beach area with lots of seating. Nice big pool area. But everything else on island cost money. even the restaurant unlike other cruise lines private islands. But you could go back to ship to eat so not real downer.
