We did Royalton white sand resort all inclusive, highly recommended with kids , food was great, Jamaican jerk chicken was good. Drinks were excellent. Servers were good. Pool and kids area is very nice. I booked through island marketing company which is recommended if u r in Jamaica as going by urself may not feel safe.

Good shopping. No excursion taken. Beyond the port area in town was a bit poor. You would think the locals would prosper from the cruise visitors.
