Most natural attractions are 50+ miles away and quite a long ride from the Falmouth port. Falmouth is decent for shopping and the port area is a security restricted enclave that’s free of any unwanted soliciting.

Dunn's River Falls was quite an experience, very fun!! Beach was ok, as was the lunch. The shop they took us to was very pricey!

Dock is in a rather seedy area and I would not take another cruise that docked at this pier instead of the Montego Bay piers.

It is owned by Royal Caribbean! You are discouraged from going outside the gates to get transportation due to safety issues. But they limit who come inside and those vendors must pay Royal Caribbean for the privilege. Resort areas are encouraged rather than public beaches.
