Not sure what other ports you will be getting off at but Cozumel has some great ones. Keep haggling and you will get a good deal! There is also a shop in the Bahamas right before you get to the straw market that has them. She’s a little more for. On her prices but they look more original.

Have been there several times. Not sure about purses there. I think your best bet would be Cozumel. Also ask the staff. They always know2 where to get the best deals. Can't wait. Halloween is going to be fabulous!
